Similar to others, I have had nothing but trouble for four months trying to get payments credited to my account. The first and second payment were made at the dealer's before the booklet came, and Honda Finance denied receiving the second payment from the dealer. It took a month to sort out, during which time I had to make an extra payment, so that they do not post it to my credit. Eventually, it got resolved after many phone calls. The fourth payment was set up as automatic payment, and I received confirmation of successful setup and verification of accounts 17 days before the payment was to be withdrawn. I was shocked to get a call 15 days after the payment due date demanding payment. They told me that they require 23 days from setup to actual withdrawal of payment. There was no mention of 23 days, or any days in the confirmation paperwork. I asked to talk to the manager, but the rep resisted. She was extremely rude. She refused to accept ownership of the way her company operates, and kept asking do I want to pay or not. I asked her to at least remove the late fee, and she agreed, but it is still posted on the account. Disastrous company and disastrous customer service.
