Honda finance has terrible costumer service
|
I will NEVER EVER do business with Honda finance ever again! I had a 4yr contract with Honda and I was aware that I was still behind $1,210 in late fee's after paying my actual loan. I made the last payment of the loan and I called to make a payment plan for the remaining balance (late fees) and this real rude lady at Honda told me that my contract was expire and that they needed the $$$ today or they were going to send the repo man tomorrow to my home. And I explain to her that I will be able to make a payment next week and her response was...well we need you to take all your personal belongings and have the keys for us tomorrow so we could pick up OUR car and she proceeded to tell me that if I was not able to pay for the vehicle that I should of never bought it and I told her that I felt it was wrong that after paying over $25,000 that they were going to take the car away for only $1,210 and that I was willing to pay and all I needed was a week and she didn't care and told me that they wanted THEIR car back! And sure enough I had the repo man the next day at my house asking for me and the car. Thankfully I was able to come up with the remaining $$$ the next day and pay the account.
