I will never do busy with this company EVER again. I'm paying off my loan this month and they have tacked on $90 of late fees that they will not remove at all to help me pay. Their reason: We have reversed late fees for you before. Really??!! I'm in the account field myself and if I have a customer who is paying off an account we will waive late fees. Late fees are just an extra bonus you are making off of us. You can do it! Customer service is horrible. I have talked to reps and they don't do notes half the time, I get automative calls 20 times a day even if $30 behind. Come on! do some real work. I'm glad my loan is paid off this month and I will never recommend nor do a loan through you guys ever again. I will not even recommend you to friends or family. My 6 years with you have been a stressful one. The ecomony is tough right now and you should apprecicate people like me who actually pay their loans instead I get no help and harrassed on a daily basis. I've never come to be repo so do your job and dedicate your time to people who don't pay. I wish I could give zero stars.
