If I could have given a 0 star review, I would have. This company does not have good customer service at all.
I ordered Dr. Scholl's Memory Fit Work Customizing Insoles for Men in mid December for my husband. They arrived on Dec 23, but it was not what I ordered. Instead, the company had shipped me Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Work Insoles. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told to ship them back and I would be refunded the return shipping amount. Then I received a message saying that Dr Scholls had changed the product and that they would only refund me the original cost and shipping, not the return shipping. After a week of trying to find out why they would not return the refund shipping (and getting no return calls), I was finally told that I should talk to Sherri, the manager. When she called to day she was rude, unhelpful, and basically told me that the president of the company had made the decision and that there was no way to change the decision. When I asked to talk to the president, I was told that would not be possible. The upshot is that even though I ordered the correct item and was shipped the wrong item, they were going to hold me responsible for the return shipping.
