all valley property on 11th st east in Palmdale off 11th st east and Ave r is awful they are roach infested and dirty. They dont do maintenance and are slumlords. They can't keep a manager I've been there for 12 months and we've already had 4 managers. First managers we crystal meth heads the second went to jail the third stayed for 2 weeks and moved because of pest and now there's some kid. Charlotte young is a maintance super and she tells all the tenants to one another she will tell personal business and anything that she knows about the next person all valley staff are horrible they'll try and retaliate on a tenant if you call any kind of code enforcement on them when they're not doing their job. They are very unprofessional and can't be trusted with anything. So rent to ALL VALLEY AT YOUR OWN RISK
