I have called this company in emergencies and have to say what great service and FAST. We had a water heater blow out the overflow valve early one morning and Elliot A came out with 20 minuetes to take care of it. He had all the parts and was able to repair it within a half hour. We have used him about three other times from clogged garbage disposals to backed up sewer lines and every time the response and service was the same. Elliot was really fair with the pricing, did not try to gouge us and is always super friendly and professional in our home. And he didn't even ask to get paid upfront but would send us an invoice which we could pay in 30 days if we chose. Really have had a great experience with Mr Allen highly recommend his services.
