I was sub contracted by All Pro Towing to do recovery for the Urban Challenge at George Air Force Base, Victorville, Ca. I, as well as my wife(who was dispatched to this job), was told "Experience in recovery does not matter. We(All Pro), were contracted for six(6)trucks and one guy didn't show up. We just need a truck there!" I was told the job paid $300.00 per day, but since the day was partially over, they would pay $275.00 for that day and $300.00 for the next. My wife was there at 12:00p till 4:00p the first day and she and I were both there at 5:45a(before All Pro)and were done at 4:00p the next day. When it came time for payment, the check was for $375.00 due to "my wife's lack of experience". All Pro understood from the start that my wife had no experience and they were hiring the truck to be there to fulfill their obligation, but chose not to pay the agreed upon amount. I believe this is bad business. If anyone looking up this company is considering doing business with All Pro Towing, I would try considering someone else. Just one look at All Pro and/or Pat Cannavan's civil court record in San Bernardino County will have you running for the hills. The man doesn't seem to like to pay his bills.
