I recently placed a order from the online store. On Nov 26.. i contacted them Dec 2nd. They said my order was going to be shipped that very same day Dec 2nd Via Priority mail ( that takes 3 days max?). Its now Dec 9, my order has not arrive. I tried to call them to all phone # possible I could not get hold of one single person in any department or store. I went online to check on my order status it said "Uncompleted order on hold!". They haven't even tried to contact me or send me a email. To say they are having problems. They do not send emails or tracking # for your order. This Emily Rouge, who is in charged of the online store needs to be replaced. They have probably lost a lot of costumer do to this Emily Rouge lack of customer service. For the price of the clothing...they should have better costumer service.
