BLOCKED ACCOUNT and bad customer service(june 6.2013)

been playing Eden eternal game of aeria games and entertainment for quite sometime now, even spent money on their aps and get primes.. just when i was about 50% till i reach my level 60 . i was blocked from my own account which is odd since 4 hours before that i was able to used my account well. i thought they were doing a maintenance so i tried to go to their website to log into my account and to no avail it still says im using wrong username or password . so , i clicked that thing where u can retrieve your password and i was prompt that i have been BLOCKED due to terms and service agreement violation. which is super shocking considering all I've been doing was soloing town quest and guild quest all day long for the past 2 weeks :S don't remember having any conflicts with anyone either...! i tried to file a BAN APPEAL which is totally useless by the way. super useless indeed! they told me that AGE send issue of warning before blocking,suspending etc etc...and yet there was nothing of such sort!!! i asked if its temporary blockage or permanent and i was replied that they've done all they can and will consider further message as a spam!!! great job for a support service!!!!!! i won't recommend this game to anyone else after this incident. its just DISSAPOINTING and FRUSTRATING !!!!! plus if a person is already in a higher level chances of getting disconnected a lot from the server/ super lagging of movement is huge possibility. and this experience just happened yesterday june 6 , 2013
