This is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Tomorrow I will be contacting the State of California Insurance Fraud division. I advise that others do so as well. I have tried for months to get a release from this company. My insurance adjuster told me that he was contacted by Advantage Loss Group and they told him to contact the homeowner, (me). I've handle everything including the inspections of my home. To date, I have never received any correspondence from Advantage Loss Group, not a telephone call or mail. I went to the listed address online, it was a UPS mailbox store. This company is a total scam. I have now hired an attorney to handle this matter, the Advantage Loss Group needs to be stopped!!!!!
