I called 1-800 Water Damage after experiencing a flood and they arrived within 45 minutes. The technician, Stu calmed me down and explained the procedure. Approx. three hours later, the work was complete and i was amazed at the results. He was able to
dry the carpet and walls in place. 1-800 Water Damage took care of the insurance claim from start to finish. The office manager, Alex was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
